Who is Tom Love
Tom has been an Investment Advisor with BMO Nesbitt Burns since 1999.
Tom's business background prior to joining BMO Nesbitt Burns includes over 30 years of senior-level experience in the financial services sector. This included utility-rate regulation, corporate finance, real estate asset management, and consulting to financial institutions, pension funds, provincial and state government agencies and corporations.
Tom is a graduate of the University of Alberta (B.A.Economics) and the University of Western Ontario (MBA).
Sheila joined Tom in May 2004, and she is responsible for client service and administration. She has a B.Ed., University of Alberta.

My Client Service Standards
Our mission is to provide the highest level of client service in the industry. This includes monthly written communication on topics of quality-of-life issues and a 90-day "must call" policy. These calls may be either to review any concerns with your account, or just to say "Hello, we are thinking about you".
In addition, we regularly monitor investment performance and suitability to ensure that we are on target with agreed-upon objectives.
