 |  | I joined The Henderson Kochan Wealth Advisory Group in January of 2007, with 4 years financial services industry experience. In February of 2007, I completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) Degree in Actuarial Mathematics & Finance at the University of Manitoba, and have since completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC), the Professional Financial Planning Course (PFPC), Managing High Net Worth Course (MHNW) and more recently the Wealth Management Essentials Course (WME) – all together earning me a Certificate in Retirement Strategy. Furthermore, I’ve recently completed an industry leading training program at BMO Nesbitt Burns to become a certified Associate Wealth Advisor, which has deepen my understanding of the broader needs and issues faced by today’s investors, and how to best address them. Finally, I anticipate pursuing a Masters of Business Administration in the near future.
My main role within the group is to assist Bruce, Karen, and Ryan by handling day to day functions such as: contacting clients before and after meetings, supervising client’s accounts, gathering research and client information, helping with special events, and performing trade maintenance for our Managed Portfolio Accounts. I am also the first point of contact for Ryan Henderson’s clients in Ryan’s absence. I am eager to learn more about our clients and form lasting, trusting relationships with each of you.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my husband and two boys, keeping up with the latest movies, and going to the gym. |
