Vance Elder has been an Investment Advisor for the past 13 years. His background includes a degree in Economics and Management from the University of Calgary.
Client service is paramount and Vance takes pride in providing personalized service and informed advice to meet the retirement goals of his clientele.
"It is my philosophy to provide my clients with the highest level of service possible. I have accomplished this by maintaining up to date knowledge of the investment markets. I have hosted seminars ranging in topics from "Estate Planning" to "Innovative Investing". I have built a top notch support team which enables me to ensure all client needs are addressed."

In addition, Vance has been a member of the Planned Giving Committee for Wood's Homes and supports the Canadian Cancer Society, Woods Homes, The Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation, and the CNIB. Vance also supports the Entrepreneurial Adventure Program where he has mentored grade seven students on goals and value setting for business creation.

Joanne Bosgra, Associate Investment Advisor , has a wide range of industry experience. Along with these skills, Joanne has proven her ability to visualize and create long-term investment strategies for clients.

In addition to her experience, Joanne has completed the Canadian Securities and Professional Financial Planning programs.

Her special areas of expertise and emphasis include asset allocation and retirement planning.

In her leisure time, Joanne enjoys spending time with her 3 children and one son in law and enjoys travelling.

Fred James, Estate Planning & Insurance Specialist, a former Vice President with a major insurance company and a life and qualifying member of the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table, Fred brings 35 years experience to meet your life insurance needs.

A graduate of the University of Alberta, Fred holds the designation of Chartered Financial Consultant, Certified Financial Planner, Chartered Life Underwriter and Registered Trust and Estate Planner.

Also, a former professional football player for two Grey Cup teams in the Canadian Football League, Fred knows what it takes to be a winner - commitment and teamwork.

His business philosophy is based on his solid commitment to fulfilling the retirement and estate planning needs of his clients. Well versed in the relevant areas of taxation and financial planning, he specializes in providing services addressing generational planning needs, business succession planning, estate friendly investing charitable giving and retirement income planning.

As an Estate Planning Specialist, Fred works in conjunction with other consultants to provide the comprehensive advice and services that are required to prepare for a comfortable life in retirement.
