Michael Gregory is a Senior Economist on
our Economics team, as well as the Head of Canadian Rates Strategy and a
Managing Director of BMO Capital Markets. With two decades of experience in
Canadian and U.S. economic and financial markets research, he works closely with
our capital market traders, sales force and their clients.
Michael is one of the authors of our
weekly publication, FOCUS. He also authors the monthly Rates Scenario
report that provides clients with the firm’s view on interest rates and foreign
exchange rates. Michael regularly appears in the media.
Michael is a graduate of Concordia University in Montreal and the University of
Western Ontario in London. Michael also did doctoral studies at Fordham
University in New York City. He also holds a Chartered Financial Analyst
designation.
