Our Investment Advisors must complete comprehensive training and continuing

We ensure that you are always fully informed about your investments through
comprehensive account statements, provided for each quarter and for every
month there is activity in your account. You also have the ability to
access your account information online at any time through our online
client information centre. You will be notified of important business
and regulatory changes through statement bulletins and inserts or special
mailings.
Choices in how you work with us.
In accomplishing your financial needs and goals, you can choose the most
appropriate services including: commission-based or fee-based programs;
trade execution both through traditional means and online; managed account
programs, should you prefer to delegate day-to-day investment decisions
to specialized third party managers; and an extensive range of wealth
management services from within BMO. We can also deliver customized strategies
that integrate services such as retirement, estate, succession and insurance
planning.

that you might have will be responded to in a thorough and timely
manner.
Privacy and confidentiality of your personal and
financial information.
Your personal and financial information is kept confidential and is only
used to administer and service your accounts. We do not make your information
available to third party interests without your knowledge and consent.
There are a full range of products and services available from BMO. With
your consent, we use your personal information to recommend products and
services available through the BMO Financial Group that are appropriate
to your needs. That consent is your choice and within your control.
